Huddle House

Took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Then we got our ticket and asked if we wanted to go drinks 20 minutes before we even got our food. After an hour we finally got our food. Fries were cold and stale. My son's chicken breast was so small we shared our dinner with him. The hash browns were burnt. The bacon was burnt. The cheese was cold. The fruit was frozen. We got a couple items at a time. No refills. Toast was basically buttered bread. No apologies. Complete disappointment. We had 3 different people bringing different items to the table instead of one waitress....so if they have that many on staff then what was the problem? Several customers came in after us and received their order within a few minutes. One customer was so outraged that she threw her phone because she was told they were out of something and then delivered the same items to a table that came in after her and her children. Complete disgrace and I will be calling management.

The food and service is always great everytime my family and I come here. They were very considerate of my sister who had her tonsils removed a week before we came.

Love to sit at the counter to watch the grill cooks coordinate all of the food orders. Food is tasty, coffee is good, servers are nice, prices not bad. We were so hungry. Thanks!

Order online When I went Inside They were pretty busy But not one word was said to me As I stood there for 15 20 minutes I Have to sick babies with me just trying to get a late night Fights eat once I got home I realize my order was wrong and I didn't get the food I paid for Maybe if they had greeted me some type of way they would have gotten a tip

Food was ok. Service was horrible. One server working reduced tables in the restaurant. Having serving experience myself I honestly don’t understand how this server even makes any money. I WILL NOT return!!!

Horrible service! My husband and I went here for the first time today because it was his birthday, we walked in and it was quite crowded so we stood and waited for a table, not one of the staff said anything or acknowledged we were there. We saw someone cleaning off a table and thought “great we can sit there” but when the man was done cleaning it off he never once looked at us or said anything and kept helping other people, we eventually decided to leave because no one would even look at us, we were standing in plain sight by the entrance and the staff passed us several times. Was really hoping for a good experience here since I’ve never been to a huddle house but I will not be returning

Amazing staff most of the time. Usually cook my food fairly quickly and it’s always delicious. They listen to your special requests and are super friendly. I’ve went there since I was little girl and it’s one of my favorites in town. 10/10 would recommend ❤️

Quick service, our server looked like she was on an organized run as she took care of all her tables. Mother ordered the waffle with strawberries from the kids menu. I ordered the waffle, two eggs and sausage. Yummy. The coffee was filled as often as I needed it. Awesome server.

Was in town visiting family and decided to eat here. The food was really good and the waiter was a sweet heart! I had a great experience and will revisit this place when I'm back around!

there was only one waitress when the restaurant started filling up. The cook had to help the waitress bring the food out after he cooked it. The cook on Duty always makes the best breakfast. The waitress was trying her absolute best to keep all of the customers happy even though you could tell a couple w e r e somewhat annoyed they had to wait longer than usual for their order kudos to this waitress and cook. They worked really well together and still had a smile on their faces with a full crowd

So disappointed after years of the "loaded" hash browns. 2 tablespoons of ham and veggies is not "loaded" by far. Will never eat there again.

The huddle house is one of the few 24-hour restaurants in Palatka Florida. However it was it was very clean the staff was polite and did their jobs professionally. The bathrooms were clean and well-kept.

Last two times we went, they didn't serve what we ordered so we had to wait longer. Seems understaffed for the number of customers but they are friendly. Omelettes good, but you can get better burgers cheaper at Burger King a mile down the street.
